Legal Experience
Ms.
DeRieux has a broad federal practice including commercial litigation,
intellectual property, antitrust and employment discrimination, as well
as representing several local governmental entities in a wide variety
of non-litigation matters. Her background in appellate law informs all
of her areas of practice with a focus on preservation of error in
Federal and State courts. Ms. DeRieux has also worked on
post-conviction death penalty cases in Federal Courts.
